Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using zumset.com (the “Site”) and for buying and using Zumset products and services. Please read them carefully — by using the Site or buying a product you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Zumset (“Zumset”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a web design and development team based in Craiova, Romania. You can reach us at any time through the contact page.

2. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

• We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable for any reason or for any period.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.

3. Products and licenses

Our products are PHP scripts and related files (“Products”) sold as digital downloads. When you buy a Product you receive a license to use it; you do not buy the copyright. The license type you choose on the product page decides what you may do:

• Basic — a 1-year license for one domain.
• Standard — a lifetime license for one domain, with 6 months of free updates and support.
• Professional — a lifetime license for up to three domains, with 1 year of free updates and support and copyright-text removal included.

Every license allows commercial use (for example, displaying ads on your website). Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, give away or publish a Product or any part of its source code, modified or not;
• use a Product on more domains than your license allows;
• remove or hide the copyright notice unless your license includes copyright-text removal or you bought it as an extra.

Some Products contact our license server once during installation to register the domain they are installed on. This is used only to validate the license.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

• Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Payments are processed by PayPal; you can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
• After PayPal confirms the payment, you receive an e-mail with access to the Download Center, where you can download the Product, your license and your invoice. Please check your spam folder if the e-mail does not arrive within a few minutes.
• Orders that are not paid within a few days are canceled automatically.

5. Updates and support

• Free updates and support are included for the period of your license type. After that, you can buy extended updates or upgrade to a newer version from the Download Center.
• Support covers questions about installing and using the Product as delivered. It does not include custom changes, third-party software, or problems caused by your hosting environment or by modifications to the code.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital files that can be copied as soon as they are downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a Product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, contact us and we will offer a fix, a replacement or a refund. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

7. Custom work

Custom web design, development and SEO projects are agreed separately, by e-mail or in a written proposal that describes the scope, the price and the schedule. Those terms take priority over these Terms for that project.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers or our customers’ data, or probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities;
• overload the Site with automated requests, scrape it, or interfere with other visitors’ use of it;
• use the Site or the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

The Site uses automated security measures (rate limits, bot detection and IP blocking) to protect itself and its visitors. We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, design, images, documentation and code — belongs to Zumset or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute it without our written permission, except as allowed by your Product license.

10. Third-party websites

The Site may link to websites run by other people, such as our portfolio projects or PayPal. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is”. We do our best to make them reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee that they are free of errors or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Zumset is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and the law of the European Union. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We will always try to solve any problem amicably first — just contact us.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
